Sark is an island and crossings can be affected by weather or technical issues. If your outward sailing is cancelled by the ferry operator and you are unable to travel on your booked arrival date, we will offer you one of the following:
We are not able to offer a cash refund in this situation, as the property has been held exclusively for you.
Please note: if the ferry runs but you choose not to travel (for example due to rough seas or personal preference), this is treated as a guest cancellation, not a ferry cancellation.

In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking (for example due to a serious maintenance issue making the property uninhabitable), we will refund all payments made in full within 7 days. We will also do our best to help you find alternative accommodation on Sark.
Please take out travel insurance that covers self-catering accommodation, cancellation, and travel disruption. For a Sark trip in particular, it is genuinely worth it. Ferry crossings can be affected by weather, and having cover in place means you are protected whatever happens.
